GENERAL

  • No, there is no annual fee to use the Small Cheval app.

  • The Small Cheval app is not valid at Small Cheval’s Aster Hall location.

  • Available rewards can be found in the Offers section of your app. They may be applied by scanning a QR code in-store, or at check-out in the app.

  • No, app offers may only be utilized in-store or in-app orders for pick-up or delivery. They may not be used for online orders or third party purchases.

  • No, offers or rewards may not be combined.

  • Birthday rewards are dropped into your account on your birthday, and are valid for 30 days.

    You must have your birthday saved in the Account section of your app at least 24 hours prior to your birthday in order to receive the reward.

  • At this time, you may not load a Small Cheval gift card into the app for payment.

PUNCH CARD

  • You will earn a digital punch for every purchase of $10+ made using the app before tax, tip and delivery fees. If you earn 8 punches before your Punch Card expires, you will automatically receive a Reward Offer for the free item as noted on the digital punch card.  1 punch may be earned per transaction. Not valid on orders originating from smallcheval.com or third party delivery sites.

    In-store: Scan your Punch QR code at the register

    In-app: Punch is automatically applied on applicable purchases

  • Punch cards must be completed with 75 days.  After 75 days, your punch card will be reset to zero and you may start earning toward the new reward noted on your punch card. 

    The 75-day clock will start when you download the app and will restart every 75 days thereafter or whenever you complete a Punch Card.

    Your punch card includes an expiration date to help you stay on track.

  • After completing your punch card, your Reward Offer will appear in the Offers section of the app.  Each Reward Offer has an expiration date, which is on the face of the Reward Offer. 

    To redeem in-store, let the cashier know you’ll be redeeming an offer and scan the QR code associated with that reward. 

    To redeem in-app for pick-up or delivery, include the item tied to your Reward Offer in your bag, and apply the Reward Offer reward at checkout.

    You may redeem only one Reward Offer per purchase.

  • Each punch card Reward Offer is valid for 90 days following the receipt of the Reward Offer. After 90 days, the Reward Offer will expire.

  • Yes! You have 3 days following your purchase to reach out to our team to receive your missing punch.
